I genuinely enjoy the Bija seed line for acne prone skin, it’s actually a very lightly scented and smells similar to the traditional tiger grass smell. I have combination to oily skin that’s very acne prone with mild rosacea. They have so many different lines and I’ve tried a lot of them and they are hit or miss for me personally. Innisfree was one of the first kbeauty brands I’ve ever tried and I actually like a lot of their products, although a lot of them do have fragrance so be mindful of that if that’s something you avoid. Their C Niacin line that you mentioned is perhaps my second favorite behind the Onion Newpair Isntree is my go to brand because I’ve never tried a single product from them that was a miss. I am personally a no fragrance no alcohol kind of person because even though all products on the market have been rigorously tested to make sure they won’t be sensitizing, I still do find these products to dry my out or cause redness. If you’re a fragrance girl then you’ll love it. The green tea smell on Innifree is lovely, though. They are also very fragrant of an actual tea smell, which some might not find pleasant. They have very concentrated tea that is brown with saturation. The green tea line at Innisfree focuses more on hydration and the Isntree line more so on antioxidant content with hydration thrown into the mix. They are remarkably similar brands in the way that they split up into different lines and as mentioned sometimes the same lines. Isntree is also fragrance free with very few exceptions, cruelty-free, and never contains alcohol. Maybe get some sample size/trial size of each company and find out what your skin likes. I like most inisfree products, but do not like the cherry blossom line at all! Sorry if my answer seems wishy-washy. I don't like the isntree niacin toning ampoule much as all, but like the hyaluronic acid essence a lot. I would say don't judge either company by one or two products they make though. However, I like the innisfree green tea, orchid, and mushroom lines a whole lot and prefer them to most isntree productsīoth companies make pretty great products centered around more natural beauty and there are going to be a ton of options about which people like best. I tend find some innisfree products (the cherry blossom line in particular) to be too scented for me. Inisfree came first (2002 vs 2009) if that matters to you. Isntree has some ingredient based lines, but generally follows the more classic k beauty style of naming products after effects (spot treatment serum, clear skin bha toner). They have pretty similar vibes as far as mission statement goes, but innisfree centers their lines around different ingredients (the orchid line, the mushroom line, the green tea line). I have used both and there are products I like and dislike from both companies. If you have any suggestions or things to add, please message the mods!
